It really makes me happy for you gals-that you can eat so well! I am working full time eating what I can afford certainly not steaks and shrimp. Maybe some of you should get jobs ior have your husband's get jobs so you can support yourself and please stop having kid after kid! You're an idiot my dear. My boyfriend and I both have jobs and we still need f.s. we aren't sitting on our asses all day like you think we are... How about you stop going to places that pay their employees minimum wage such as fast food, some grocery stores like walmart, daycares, etc.

Lol...only 7 posts, so I am assuming you are a troll. While I dont get Food Stamps, I certainly sympathize with those who do. Times are hard, economy is rough. There was a time when I had to be on them. My husband was in the military. You know...the job they gives you the right to be such a smurf. Anyway, he got injured. They tried to repair the injury with surgery, but once they opened him up...it was beyond repair. They medically discharged him because he was unfit for active duty. My husband was unemployed for a year and now he works in law enforcement. So you know...while you are here just to ruffle feathers and get a rise out of people for kicks, I do honestly believe you feel the way you stated. Which makes you a moron. Food stamps doesnt mean you arent working and it doesnt mean you scam the govt. Anytime someone shops for clothes, gas, those earrings from the store, toys, diapers, baby wipes, cars, etc....they are paying taxes. They are damn well entitled to get food stamps should they need them. Afterall, it's their hard earned money paying for it. You, my dear, are a moron.

Another thing...if taxes were not used to give people Food Stamps...then it would certainly be used to make the govt richer while you are still "eating what you can afford". I, personally, have no problem with part of my husband's check helping those who need it.
I have bought a homeless man on the street food from McDonalds.
I have given homeless people money.
I have given away my kids clothes, carseats, etc
You know what? BECAUSE I AM NOT A SELFISH IDIOT!

Umm how about you smurf yourself. I work 20 hours a week and SO works close to 50. And hopefully here soon I will be getting a second job that will be giving me another 40 hours a week. So between the two of us (if I get that job) we will be working a combine 110 hours a week.
But as of right now we need that money. We aren't being lazy or living off the government. We are doing what we can and getting the help we need to live. I only have two children and am on BC.

OH shut the smurf up. Some people don't have the money for anything but ramen like OP. Yeah that's what my son, DH, and I have been eating along with tv dinners. Smurf that's fast, easy, and cheap. We didn't plan to use the government but we fell on hard times and needed help. So smurf yeah if I get food stamps I'll buy myself a damn steak cuz guess what after the repeated ramen and smurf, steak is something that we want and if FS pays for it I thank god! You don't understand obviously, it's not like she's buying smurfing gourmet food with her FS and even if she was it's feeding her FAMILY, HER KIDS. Not all people on FS are just on there popping babies out and scamming the government.

A lot of people agree with me although I have to say most educated people aren't on here-the only reason you get fired up ladies is-because I speak the truth and that hurts. I work full time don't make much but certainly don't get assistance of any kind. Medical is one thing but eating shrimp and steak no way!
