I get $360 a month, for my husband and I. >.< And it is a GREAT help. It's such a relief to not have to worry how we're going to eat for the month.

Any food item. Smurf...even margarita mix if you wanted (which is...odd.) I bought shrimp with mine last month! But...I suck at cooking shrimp so I won't make that mistake again.

Any food item that is not something to eat in the store or hot and is not a supplement like some energy drinks are labeled as. She can get anything from steaks to veggies to donuts to candy to pretty much anything else that you can think of as long as it's food or a food bearing plant.

That's really good. You're lucky to be able to have that stress off of you. Idk how I'm going to buy LO's food for the next 2 weeks. I got paid but work cut my hours and gas is beyond killing me. I got denied for it

Yeah pretty much. Anything accept fast food, energy drinks, alcohol. But I DO actually buy healthy when I can and OMG I'm looking forward to having a good healthy non processed meal tomorrow night. I'm thinking homade baked chicken, corn on the cob, and maybe some fresh green beans!  
But then I do have to go kinda easy on it as it has to last all month lol.

Oh mama. I'm so sorry.   Would it matter that work cut your hours? Maybe that would put you in under the cut off? And possibly put you on the emergency list? Also, you can try local churches and google food banks. They have a food bank locator.
