I'm 38 weeks tomorrow but today I've been feeling weird. I threw up and have been very dizzy and my vision is blurry.Any idea what could be going on???

call your OB. Dizzy and blurry vision is bad. your bp could have spiked up

Blood pressure issues, You may be developing Pre Eclampsia if i were you I would go to L&D to be monitored.

i would go to l&d to be monitored, being 38 wks, you can go into labor, you want to make sure that youre ok just in case. good luck to you!

go to L&D now!!!!!!!! sounds like High Blood Pressure. better safe than sorry and have another person drive you there, even if that means paying a cab.

had the same issue at 35weeks i'm now 38 they checked my blood pressure fine. bub was fine they check my blood sugar and urine for protien all fine and no uti......... it was put down to not enough water and a change in temp cooler to hotter... but yeh get it checked,hope it's nothing good luck.
