Well, I've been eating healthy for months but still have this water weight on me and I can tell in my ankles that I still have more - especially since in one day, gained 3lbs to start out with - you'd have to literally eat 10,500 calories in ONE day to gain that much - I literally don't eat that many calories in 15 days, maybe more.
It's just frustrating when you're trying to get this weight off by August 7th when I go to Chciago.....my friends don't care because they're great and they know I just had a baby, but they're all also really skinny.
