It's really not hard at all if you find a good recipe. I don't want to end up using a crappy recipe, that's the scariest part lol.

i go to a pizza place and buy theirs. i hate making dough.
Filling sounds good. I use mozarella in mine unless I'm making a buffalo chicken stromboli and then i use c\a little blue cheese and a a mild cheese like Mont Jack or a little mozarella.

It sounds good to me! Just make sure you seal them really well or it will pop open when you cook them.
