His thing is, though, that if someone says no or struggles, he thinks it's funny and continues to do it. We've been trying to get him to stop jumping on people, hitting people, pushing, annoying. Idk if that's normal for his age or what, but it's a struggle.

I don't have a daughter, But My 2 year old takes a bath with my 4 year old, and My 4 year old never sits it seems lol So my 2 year old is right at level with his Pee pee when he sits so he reaches up and grabs it. His 4 year old brother leaps a streach like a girl ! But I still bathe them with each other. Jacob just thinks its funny. His brother 4 year old is always picking on the 2 yearold, and spits, hits, pinches, bites, ect. Im at a lost so when Dallas (4) goes ups and hurts him for no reason, I tell Jacob to do it back now, He has stopped bitting at least, Jacob bit him really good, and he hasn't bit since, I just am at a lost.
