when is a temperature too high?

my dd is a little over 4 she turned 4 in july, her temp right now is 103.3 she is sleeping before she went so sleep she refused to take any medicine. i put a cool wash cloth on her forehead. so when should i get worried?

She needs to take something hide it in her drink. They tell u not to fo in inless it does not come down after giving meds.

I'd tell her that she needs to take it because it will help her feel better. If her fever doesn't go down after taking the medicine, I would take her in.

I'm not the worrying type so I'd make her take meds. I never took my DD in for a fever except for when it got to 104.5 once

My son is two and his fever went up to 104 and he had convulsions.
give her Tylenol and if it doesn't come down in half an hour give her Advil.
she needs to have something though.

I gave her motrin early this morning and an hour or so ago decided to take her temp. she doesnt have any signs of a illness. she is sleeping.

My kids just had this. They had no other signs of illness just this high fever. This is when my son convulsed and was rushed to the ER.
it lasted about three days.
I hope she feels better
