I want my period. =[

I've posted a few times about this, but it's seriously bothering me. It's been OVER three months since I had my last period, and even then it was just spotting!

I was on Depo for two rounds, so six months. I skipped a period when I stopped (I didn't get the third round), spotted the next month, and now I've missed three whole periods.

Would the b/c still be causing this? I have endo and ovarian cysts, but they've never made me miss this many periods.

What could be causing this? =[ Help?

I don't have money to go to the doctor, and there's no way I'm pregnant.

It took me 7 months to get a period after stopping depo, and even then it was just spotting and not a real period for another couple months after that

the cyst can cause u to go months with out but the depo can be in ur system for up to 12 months but not protecting you.

So it's probably not even worth going to the doctor then?

Did you feel like you were on your period at odd times?

I get bloated, crampy, irritable at really really random ass times. Mom keeps saying "If you're having another baby I'll shoot you!" Lmao.

I keep having lots of other weird symptoms too, but I know that my hormones are just out of whack.

Honestly, I can't remember :s I stopped taking it 7-8 years ago lol.

It smurfed my periods up so bad I got one shot and hated it I bled the whole time on it.
Then finally it stopped, but then it stopped for 8 months!
Now my periods are so messed up I'm have issues ttc.
I've gone to the doctor's and they keep saying its normal its from the depo, if I knew it would have smurfed up my body this bad I would have never got it.
I talked to a lady who didn't get her period for over 12 years because of depo, doctors ran every test they could and they claimed they couldn't find anything wrong.
But from what my doctor told me if you don't get a period in 9-12 months something could be wrong, and they would have to give you hormones to help you start your period.

I stopped because it turned me into a crazy bitch. I did research on it, and it showed that women that didn't have any symptoms of fibromyalgia have developed it after taking the depo shot.

I already had FMS. I'm bedridden some days now.

My bipolar is all out of whack. I've been suicidal basically since taking it.

I only got it because I heard it helped relieve endo symptoms...I would rather have it active and have a period than feel like this all the time!

It took me three years after I stopped taking depo to get my period. But when I did get my first period it lasted four in half straight weeks the when it finaly stopped I found out I was pregnant! Go figure lol

Wow I'm sorry you have to go threw that.
I wish I did research on it before I got it.
I never really looked to much into it because it just pisses me off hearing what some women have had to go threw because of this shot.
I hated the way the shot made me feel also I was always in a bad mood and made me so emotional.

It can make you infertile. My doctor refuses to give it to women who want to have children in the future. He said it was originally designed for women done with having children but didn't want anything permanent. He said some people never have another child for unexplained reasons after depo. I think more doctors should be giving out advice like this instead of giving the shot to everyone.

Oh my God. I'm going to look into this right now.

I've already had two documented M/Cs and one or two early pregnancies that weren't viable that I lost at home. I NEVER thought I'd get pregnant with Adrienne but there's no way I'm done. =[

That's what my doctor told me. I trust his opinion but never looked into it. He is the only one who told me how awful Mirena could be.

Yes it can... I just got 1 shot as i was waiting on my iud to be ready my bgyns office has to order them and they where 4 months behind... I got it last week hopfuly ill be better or im going to have to get something for my anger.
