OK, you need to first of all make sure your BP is OK. Secondly, it's normal to have vision changes during pregnancy such as needing glasses or a stronger prescription.

Pregnancy can greatly affect your eyesight, So i wouldn't be stressing about it to much unless it remains the same after bubs.

Can pregnancy affect my vision?

Yes. Changes in hormones, metabolism, fluid retention, and blood circulation can all affect your eyes and your eyesight during pregnancy.
Water retention, for instance, may cause the thickness and curvature of the cornea of your eye to increase slightly. It's a small change, but it could affect how well your glasses or contacts correct your vision. It's also why laser eye surgery isn't recommended during pregnancy and why it's not a good time to be fitted for new contact lenses.
If you experience vision changes during pregnancy, they'll probably be minor. Most women who experience a change find that they're a bit more nearsighted than they were before pregnancy.
If you wear glasses, it's unlikely that you'll need to change your prescription, but it is possible. If you think your vision has changed significantly, have it checked.
Pregnancy isn't a great time to invest in a new pair of glasses, though. In most cases, these changes are temporary and will reverse themselves within several months of delivery.

How else can pregnancy affect my eyes?

You may find that your eyes are drier and more irritated during pregnancy (as well as during breastfeeding). This, along with subtle changes in the shape and thickness of the cornea, may contribute to some difficulty wearing contact lenses that were once comfortable.
Pregnancy can also bring about changes in existing eye conditions – for better or for worse. If you have diabetes, see an ophthalmologist before you get pregnant and again in early pregnancy to get screened for damage to the blood vessels in your retina. This condition, called diabetic retinopathy, often worsens during pregnancy, so you'll need more frequent eye exams while you're pregnant and in the postpartum period.
Glaucoma, on the other hand, sometimes improves during pregnancy, so your medication may need to be adjusted. (If you have glaucoma and are planning a pregnancy, your doctor may be able to lessen your baby's exposure to the medication by starting you off with as low a dose as possible.)

It's an aura when you see little floaty things when you are about to or are having a migraine. I got them a lot during puberty to the point of puking and being completely useless. I had to be in a dark room with no sound.

I would go see your doctor! If one or both of your optic nerves are swollen it is dangerous because is can cause permanent blindness!! It happened to me that's why I know! I am monitored by a neurologist monthly to check my pressure in my eyes as well as my optic nerves!

Around 13 weeks in my first pregnancy I would get migranes so bad that I couldn't think or speak, along with vision like you explained. Scared me but they said it was normal.

Yeah sounds like a vision migraine. I get them on occasion, but mainly migraines. I had JUST gotten contacts right before getting pregnant and then all of a sudden I couldn't see out of them but could see perfectly fine with my glasses. Pregnancy greatly affects your vision. Not all the time though. Also, your BP could also affect your vision, so get that checked out too. Hope you get to feeling better momma!
