Of course I do, but I also feel for the child who birthed him.

I feel really bad for the girl, honestly.
The fact that she did that makes me think she didn't have a great relationship with her parents, that she couldn't come to them about being pregnant.
If I was that girl's mother, I would feel responsible that my daughter felt she had to do that and couldn't come to me.

And no she shouldn't be charged as an adult.
She is a child, not an adult.

I got sucked into watching Dr. Drew after NG (lol) and there's a story coming up about a teen mother who threw her baby on a trash pile and set her on fire. So awful.   It will be interesting to hear what she (the girl now grown) has to say about the person who did this to her.

The parents kept asking her well the mom did they tried to support her she pryed the baby out of her with a pair of scissors but her mom must have been in denial the baby was 9.5 pounds she had to know what she was doing just awful

you can ask a child all you want, but if she doesn't want to admit to it, or is scared, she wont. the mother was ignorant to just let her test alone, and believe it was negative because her daughter said so. you had suspicion, act on it. the mother was clearly just as naive.

I really think it's horrible how you guys are making this poor girl out to seem. I mean do you not remember how different you were at the age of 14 to now? Now add a baby into that mix and the trauma of hiding a pregnancy from EVERYONE and the possibility of some sort of mental problems that weren't detected or treated.
I mean that right there is a huge set up for disaster.
Yes it is horrible how that poor baby had to die. It really sucks that she wasn't able to tell her parents before it was to late and get an abortion. It sucks that he wasn't able to be born into a loving family but he is gone and now we have to worry about the fact that there is a very deeply disturbed young woman out there that needs help. Not you all calling her a horrible murderer that needs to rot in jail. She needs help. And I'm sure that when and if she ever realizes what she did that it is going to kill her.
