Yes I've thought about killing my children   

My husband is 1 semester away from getting his political science degree, we talk about laws all the time. We recently talked about murder charges. The rule for premeditation is it has to be enough time for a reasonable person to second guess the decision. I think a day is good enough personally to change someones mind about killing someone.

This is just so sad.

Hearing the tapes of the calls are killing me.

I think it should have some sort of justice from the pain and suffering from the minute he was pried out until his painful death.

While I hate Nancy Grace, it wont taint the jury at all... look at the Casey Anthony case. She did that case A LOT and it they still found her not guilty.
