Really. I love how some of these women are sitting here saying "she knew this. she knew that." You don't know this girl's situation nor what was going through her head. Some of you are the same people who say "I don't judge" well I can't smurfing tell.

what does that have to do with anything. I suffer from many mental ilnesses, and never once have I thought "hey, let me just choke my kid, and kill them" why? because I know it's wrong.

Really? Okay, I guess everyone who has ever killed their child or anyone else for that matter should all be "mentally unstable" and be charged with nothing cause That makes sense.

I'm glad to hear that you have your mental illness under control. Some do not, clearly.

14 year olds are quite capable of knowing what murder is and what the consequences are. The youngest person to be tried as an adult for murder was Jordan Brown, 11 years old. He shot his dad's pregnant fiance in the back of the head with a shot gun while she was sleeping and said he had no remorse and knew what he was doing.

The youngest person on death row in the last century was George Stinney Jr. who was 14 and executed in 1944. There have been a few 15 and 16 year olds on death row.

Are you 14? Last time I checked, you were an adult with a more developed brain than a 14 year old. I would say fully developed but I don't know exactly how old you are.

DD weighed 9.1 and I was HUGE! There's no way in hell I could have hid my pregnancy with the baggiest clothing in the world.

i had my first at 16, and I can for sure say I never thought to kill my child. even when I was dealing with my PPD, PTSD and other smurf. again, because I know murder is wrong. still knew at 16, and 14.
