weights are still good for toning and will not make you loose any wieght. You could even do push-ups and just get some free weights for things like dead lifts to get a great bum : )
P90X is better for toning than insanity IMO because it's more weights and less cardio, I'm a cardio lover tho and still like to run every other day : )
