Changing diet..? Help..?

Okay. So ive decided im tired of how i look. Im by no means fat or over weight-but i have no muscle tone. My stomach jiggles from having kids. And i want my old body back. I know the first thing i really need to do is change my diet. Im going to completely stop eating fast food and drinking sodas. Im going to drink mostly water. But i dont know what to eat or how to fix really healthy things.

Also-im going to start insanity again. I did it for 2 weeks and then stopped bc i had a ruptured cyst and it hurt to move. But im tired of not feeling sexy  

So does anyone have any suggestions about what i can do to change my diet? Websites with healthy meal ideas??

I actually recommend weight training. If you want to tone your body, weight training is the way to go.

what worked best for me was more protein. I eat 2 eggs for breakfast and greek yogurt with some blackberries for lunch. Dinner is lean protein, veggies, and whole grain like brown rice. Snacks are something like string cheese. You'll need the protein especially if you're doing insanity. Good luck : )

I dont like gyms. Im not comfortable in them. So i like to do things at home. And i cant buy weight. I dont have any. I like insanity bc its pure cardio. But works everything. Im really not fat. Im 115 lbs.. At 5'2.. So my weight is good for my height. I just dont like how un-toned i am.. Kwim?

weights are still good for toning and will not make you loose any wieght. You could even do push-ups and just get some free weights for things like dead lifts to get a great bum : )
P90X is better for toning than insanity IMO because it's more weights and less cardio, I'm a cardio lover tho and still like to run every other day : )

You don't need to be in a gym to weight lift. I don't go to the gym. You don't need bar weights to weight lift. You can use free weights.

I definitely know what you mean. We have the same stats and I wasn't toned also. I mainly weight lift for toning but shaping as well.
