Im soo upset I have been doing the 30 day shred and am in level two I think I am going to have to cut out most of the dvd and just do abs and some strength, as i have hurt my ankles . I have weak wrist and ankles and they can start acting up any minute and anything can trigger it . i didnt realise how much strain it would put on my ankles and now I can hardly walk .
I was doing so well and now this ! Just my luck

Put them up and ice them. When you feel better go back and start again.

Yeah I have hope they are better by tomorrow so i continue if not I will do the bits that I can do untill I can start doing all of it again
