possible pregnancy? advice

Ok so me and my boyfriend are worried that I might be pregnant, its been about ten days since we had intercourse last Saturday that might have lead to conception. The funny part about all this is that we were both run over by a car three weeks ago and are lucky to be alive and both sustained injuries,on the day in question we did it three times but do to pain medications he didn't really have feeling down there so we don't know if he EJ or not,but I had been off my period that day for a week and this past Saturday a week after intercourse I started getting cramping in my lower abdomen and back aches,I also have had nausea every time i eat and other times,my boobs are a little sore and enlarged and I am bloated gassy and etc, with the car accidennt I did sustain a concussion which causes some of these symptoms but over the past few days it has gotten worse. I took a test yesterday and it was negative but also think it might. Have been too soon,and I am due for aunt flo in about four days or so. I'm not looking for anyone to tell me I could be or not be pregnant,just some advice

Wait for AF then take a test if it doesn't come.

My advice...hum...

Go to physical therapy if you need it after the accident.
Wait and see if AF comes.
Don't have unprotected sex if you are not ready for a child.

Id wait till after you missed AF then test again or go test at the doctors.

Maybe your period is late because your body is still recovering from being run over?
Wait a week and test again.
Hope you get the answer your hoping for.

Okay thank you,I actually don't have any major bodily injuries from it and we are prepared either way if I am or not.
