ya, if i ever have a chance. the most i do is 30 min a day playing the biggest loser challenge on the wii...that smurf kicks my ass xD its fun though.

i dont get to do much since i have a child to take care of now. before i got pregnant, id do 1000 crunches a day and workout a total of 4-6 hours a day. its sad i dont get to do that anymore. but eh, id rather spend time with my baby than workout all day. i can always worry about my weight later.

Im still losing though.

Yeah I plan on working out afterwards as well.. They have workout cds you can buy that has babies involved in working out that I will probably look into.
But I don't think it will go away all quick. I'm sure 4 months itll be gone.. not that long

ARE YOU SmUrfING KIDDING ME!!! your so damn stupid guess hun I was 110 before i got pregnant and after I had my daughter I went to the gym every day and ate right but guess what im still 140 pounds and your much bigger than what I was when I gave birth, I will laugh in your face when the weight doesnt come off. I have a friend that is 10lbs under her pre-pregnancy weight and went from a size 0 to a 8/10. Your body will NEVER be the same again. You hips get wider your bone structure changes. No amount of hours in the gym will fix that.
