Quoting queso:" Well from what I understand its just like the other old wives tales to help put you in labor, though ... [snip!] ... out my chunk. He descended so well and they told me I'd have to push for 3 hours most likely but it was only 20 minutes "
Quoting Blackbeltbaby:" Well, I know from my personal experience with my chiropractor that he definitely wants me to get to ... [snip!] ... Besides that, yeah, going to your chiropractor while you're pregnant is one of the best things you could do for yourself."
Quoting queso +2curdles(4):" I'm not quite sure what you mean... I don't think I said anything about it putting you in early labor. ... [snip!] ... of the old wives tales is they won't work UNTIL your body and baby are ready. So, I don't know. I guess I missed something ;)"
Quoting Blackbeltbaby:" "... It COULD possibly even put you in labor but obviously its not a guarentee." She's not "due" until ... [snip!] ... That's why I thought you were telling her to go besides the fact that it could help her "open up" which was your main point."Well no she's not due yet, but she's being pressure by doctors if I remember correctly. So either her doctor is going to force her baby out with intervention that could cause problems or she can try natural less invasive things to help move things along. I definitely don't approve of babies coming before they';re ready. But she is 39 weeks if I'm correct. Not saying baby is ready but itd be better for her to not have to have an induction or csection.

Quoting Blackbeltbaby:" This is true; I was just making sure of what you meant! There were no hard feelings, just confused ones! "
