not to me...it's been a while since I had one, but it was just a constant pain in my stomach, things with caffiene or spicy things would make it worse. I lived on milk shakes!! Those helped...

No it doesn't to me. Mine always felt like bad upper GI problems. No tiredness or diarrhea.

I have a bleeding ulcer. It hurts like a cheese grater has been through my stomach. I get sick, have no appetite, and throw up blood when it gets really bad. I'm on meds that help some, and I have to be very cautious about what I eat, no spicy, no citrus, no raw veggies, no hard alcohol, nothing fatty, I can have peanut butter, but no the chunky kind. It SUCKS!

With time. Some are caused by a bacteria, and you need antibiotics. Some are caused by other factors (mine   ). I've been dealing with it for months. Every time I think it is getting better I eat something stupid and hurt like hell for days.
