Do you ave cracked heels?

How can you get your feel to be nice and smooth? Mine are not pretty!

No cracked heels, but I have calluses from where the flip flops rubbed! I usually file down the calluses, apply some intense foot healing lotion, and then put socks on for an hour or so.

The ped egg. You have to use it when your feet are dry

I use the ped egg...It works very well.

I use coco butter and immediately put on socks.

I abuse my feet badly but somehow they are soft and smooth. I'm not sure why because I don't put anything on them and I'm always walking around outside with no shoes on

Maybe that is my problem I wear flip flops year round lol

leave in hot water with bath salt 10 mins, use pedi egg and stone scrubber, after that do a hot wax dip, peel and get thick lotion to massage with the wax oil... massage massage massage lol

My husband has really rough and dry feet so I use the ped egg on him, then use pumice, then let his feet soak in a vinegar and tea tree oil bath. I don't know if that soak helps, but I do it anyways. Then he puts coconut oil on his feet with socks and sleeps in them.

I want a hot wax dip thingy! my aunt had one years ago and i'd do my hands and feet  

I have horrible feet, years of running around barefoot on the barnacley beach. i like em cos i can walk on almost anything, haha, but dude hates them. i use the ped egg but it hasn't helped long-term.

Are those the things with the candle wax that you peel off when it dries? Those things weird me out, but they make my skin feel amaaaaaazing!

I did the hot wax on my hands and feet 3mos ago and it worked but burned like hell! lol she gets these baggies with pink hot wax and dips your hands and feet in them than leaves it there for 5 minutes each... I felt like my skin was melting off.. after she peels the wax and massages the oil with lotion on your skin, works great! just painful.
