NO! I wish   It takes a LOT to wear her out. She's a little tornado. I take her for a 3-4 mile walk every day as well as the 30 DS. She's insane. My little fit baby  

She loves it because to her, it's just playing and spending time with mommy. She does sleep better at night though. She was SO sad today because she's been sick so we couldn't walk to the park like we do every day

The depo shot put weight and bloat on too, so hopefully that'll go away now that I'm done with it.

Thank you sweetie! I am much happier. Someone told me I was obsessed and I look good and should quit  

I told them that I started because I was unhappy, and now I'm fit and that makes me happy. I will never stop. I enjoy working out so much. It's like a hobby for me now. I'm so proud.

So people who smoke can't be happy? People who are sick can't be happy? Happiness is wholly dependent on ones health? I guess someone with a chronic condition is never allowed to be happy.

THAT is the idea, that even if you are not where you'd like to be ideally, you can still be happy NOW. That happiness isn't dependent on weight, fitness, or health.

I'm really not trying to twist anything, and I'm not "pro-fat." I'm asking an honest question because it's a mindset that's interesting. You're allowed to love yourself and be happy if you're unhealthy for any other reason (including actions like smoking) but you're not allowed to if you're fat. Whats the difference?

When we say "be happy and fit" we don't mean hate your "unhealthy" body, we mean try to improve.
