Should I stop?

I am not Christian, but most people I know are. My facebook newsfeed is constantly clogged with "Praise Jesus" posts and pictures by several people all day long. So I figured since they post their beliefs on facebook, I should too. So I did. I was told by several people to stop and that my posts were "disheartening" and would I please stop posting stuff like that.

It really made me angry. I don't particularly want to see their Jesus crap all over my newsfeed, but I don't ask them to stop. I guess it's too much to ask for the same right.
Should I stop? I told a few that I would not stop and I was told that I will go to Hell and that when the rapture comes (Oh and they know it's happening in our lifetime) I'll be left behind. And I'm dragging my daughter along with me.

I wouldn't stop but that's just me, you can always delete them or block their posts.

If I were you I would not stop. I hate people that are super religious and post it on facebook like that is going to save their ass. Do as you please  

I would delete the people that were telling me smurf like that. And keep posting whatever I wanted to on MY facebook.

I wouldn't stop. I post religious (not Christian) and political stuff on my Facebook and if people don't like it, they can delete me.

I wouldn't stop. I often see religious status's an FB and I say nothing. I sometimes put up atheist quotes on FB and I have never gotten a rude comment. People tend to ignore them if they are religious.

No. Tell them they are entitled to their opinion, and have the right to post on FB, and that you have the SAME rights, and you'd appreciate it if they kept their opinions to themselves. If it was me though, I would be childish and do that smurf to them   see how they feel being criticized for their beliefs.

You shouldnt be afriad to post whatever you feel like on FB.

Well then! They sound terrible. I'd delete them. Then they wont have to see my satanic rantings! >.<

If there is something I don't like I just delete it and hide it for good. Are you posting the stuff just to be spiteful? Hey they can do it so can I? Or are you doing it because you feel the need to let everyone know what you believe in? If it's to be rude then I'd stop, if you truly want these posts of yours on there then don't stop. Just block the posts if you don't want to see them and tell the people on your page to block yours as well.

Delete them and know that they may delete you.
I cant stand facebook but i feel like i have to check in every once in a while. there are a couple of people that i just roll my eyes at. it's part of that stupid site and those with the obsession with it.

It's your FB, so you should do what you want. I'm a Christian, but I have friends/family who are atheist, agnostic, Wiccan, various denominations of Christianity, etc. Some of them make daily posts about their religious or political beliefs, and even if I don't agree with them, I would never tell them to stop or say anything negative to them about it. If I'm really bothered by something someone posts, I can click the "hide" button so I don't have to see them anymore. Btw, you can also change your privacy settings for each post, if you want certain people to not be able to see your posts and make negative comments on them.  

I think it's annoying when people post religious or political fb things in general. But if your just posting it out of spite, then I would stop. I guess I just don't care what people post, it doesn't interfere with my life so I just ignore it.
