Its their FB, they can post whatever they like. Just like you can post whatever you like. You are capable of deleting them just like they can delete you. Or you can just simple use the option of hiding them from your newsfeed.

I know what you mean, being secular humanist myself and getting plenty of that junk on my feed as well. I wouldn't retaliate by posting humanist propaganda though. Christians are compelled to share the "good news" and "win souls" so it makes sense for them to post their propaganda and I respect their faith in doing so. Agnostics/Atheists aren't saving anyone from a fiery pit of eternal hell by posting theirs. I would just hide their posts if they become too bothersome.

Wow - why would you want those people on your fb? They think so little of you to say that if this mythological event happens that you would be left to die and so would your daughter? Nice peeps! lol.

I think if they are just opinions, don't stop! If they're insulting, that's different. I think that about religious posts though. It's one thing so post "praise Jesus," as it is to post "Gays are sinners and going to hell." Likewise, posting something non-religious is a-ok, but posting "Christians are followers who don't use their brain is rude.

You can be rude all you want though, just can't get too upset when people don't like it either. If you aren't being rude/disrespectful though then I think they need to STFU, because just like they are entitled to celebrating their faith you can celebrate your lack of faith (or a different faith) all you want too!

What did you post that was do dishearting? I post things sometimes about god, And I have friends who post the oppistie.

See, I think those are totally okay! I can't believe people are being dumb about it. I'm a Christian and I've posted similar things.

As I said, I don't care for insulting or attack posts whether they are from Christians or Atheists or anything in between.
