13 weeks left until 2013! Let's challenge ourselves!

The New year is creeping up on us, and if your anything like me, you've made a resolution to lose weight. I want to finish the year off with a bang! anyone with me??  

My current weight is 144,
new year goal weight 120

to reach this goal i need to lose almost 2 pounds each week.

To do that, I will cut out my soda intake.
I won't give up even if I happen to cave and buy Starbucks or fast food.
I will work out 3-4 days a week for at least 1 hour.
I will walk more!

I will update later with my first pictures, and measurements.

I want to gain 20 pounds!

Im in! I really would like to lose atleast 11 more lbs by the new year So far I have lost 59lbs 11 more would put my at my lightest in 6 years! If I could I would love to lose 16 but I wont hold my breath   Goooooood Luck mamas! We can do it!

i allready started a ''yoga challenge'' for 4 weeks (youre welcome to join) but i would love some more motivation / helpful girls in the same siruation haha  

Wooh! I went to the gym for the first time in over 5 years yeserday, it was a bit intimidating, but I left drenched in sweat. I'm a little bummed that I'm not super sore today though. Is that weird? I feel like I worked hard enough to deserve to be sore!
