Have you tried working out and dieting? Pills aren't very "trustworthy"

Well, in my opinion and experience, weight loss pills hardly work and are bad on your body. I hope you find what you are looking for with surgery. My aunt had it when she was almost 400lbs. She is now about 140lbs but has to take tons of vitamins and pills every day because her body needs more vitamins and potassium than her amount of food will give her.

I know it is hard but not wanting to take a bunch of pills today and getting a surgery, you are going to be on multiple pills for the rest of your life. Best of luck to you

In understand your struggle, completely. I was 258 after I had my daughter in July, and a complete food junkie. I looked into gastric bypass (I have been overweight from 10+), and then decided, why waste the money on that, when I could do the work myself?
I started calorie counting/working out.. there are some good low-impact videos on youtube. (I'm cheap, lol), and recently, I started watching my carb intake. I know it sounds like a lot, but it comes natural after about a month or so.
I suggest trying all your options before making such a drastic desicion.
Good luck to you!

Work out everyday and count calories and watch what I eat. They think after my car accident, it messed up my system and caused my body to retain food. I have been at the same weight for over a year. No gain or fall.

The pills just make me not hungry anymore and cause me to be nauseas. So after 3 years, enough is enough. I also have spinal stenosis, so I cant work out like a normal person can. It causes to much stress on my back and put me in the hospital.

Already tried everything in the book.

They have vitamin shakes your drink. No need for a bunch of pills. Only pills I will have to take is pain meds for my back and my birth control.

Been doing that over a year. Had a PT and everything. Just maintain the 260 weight. I have spinal stenosis so I cant do those kind of work outs. Puts to much stress on my back and can make it get harder faster.

I have looked into just about everything I could do. I have tried abou 80% of them.

If your going to come on here and tell me to work out harder or eat less then please dont comment.

I have tried dieting and calaries counting and working out with a PT. I have stayed the same weight for over a year.

I have spinal stnosis, a ankle that gives out when it gets tired, and migrain issues when over stressed.

If you havent read my previous post about weight loss please dont through the who "oh you must not be trying your hardest" bullsmurf at me. Thanks

I don't think anyone in this thread was trying to be rude to you at all. I am just telling you from my aunt's experience that she can barely eat because her stomach is so small (which is the point) but she has to take multiple pills to maintain her vitamins. It is very difficult for her. She has to be very careful what she eats because her body rejects a lot. She had this surgery years ago and still has issues. Just know what you're getting into. It's not easy. The only part that gets easier is you feel fuller without eating as much. It's like starving your body without feeling it.

No one was telling you that you weren't working hard, or antything like that .
We were trying to give you some other ideas, that maybe you hadn't tried yet.
Don't jump on everyone that is trying to help you.
Good luck on whatever route you choose.

We obviously didn't know and were just offering advice before you make a HUGE decision like that. No one was saying you are wrong for wanting it done..so how about you relax.
