Growth spurt!

I know my almost 7week old DD is going through another one of the growth spurt since yesterday and today all she wants to do is eat like every few mins lol and suddenly she jumping in inches the nurse say.! so my questions is how long does growth spurt at this age last? what did you do to survive the constantly up and eating all the time? I'm just curious momma is all. I just watch movies while feeding her is how i'm getting through it. my list of movies sure went down though lol.

my son is 16 days old, and since yesterday he has had an absolutely insatiable appetite. he wants to nurse for like an hour plus, switching back and forth between boobs multiple times. he'll fall asleep, let go, and wake up when i move him, wanting more feeding. i too have been watching tons of movies, and lying down to nurse at night. we cosleep so it's a really convenient and comfortable position and we both usually fall back to sleep together.
