Interesting fact I just learned about Labor and nightime

I was watching "i didnt know i was pregnant". One of the doctors said A lot of times false labor happens at night because, at night your body produces a hormone called ADH ( i think) and it is alot like oxytocin and causes contractions and thats why alot of labors happen at night and stuff..

i didnt know that! i went into labor in the middle of night after sex. I wonder if it was something similar?

I went into labor at night with DD. I'm hoping for a day labor with DS

No idea. I went into labor in the day time with #1, night with #2

Huh... Well good to know lol. I had really inconsistant contrations all day, but I didnt go into active labor untill my water broke at midnight.

so did I! we finished up sex, and right at midnight about 10 mins after i started feeling contractions and they kept coming irregulary, more intense and frequent when i stood up.. then i had loose stools and some blood and just knew it was labor, went in at 5am, andi was like 4cm... delivered my baby at 1pm!

Starting signs of labor was at night both times for me.
First time, water broke and labor started. Second time water broke, no labor - but I'm thinking my body was wanting to or at least thinking about it ;-)

I've noticed a lot of women labor at night, it's weird how that works.

Haha I thought it was BH contractions, so I blew them off. At 1:30am I took a shower and they got stronger, so I left for the hospital shortly after. On the way to the hospital I had lots of bloody show, which I thought was my water breaking, and I delivered my son at 4:21 am.

that is an interesting fact!!!

i too have gone into labor all 4 times at night!!! crazy!

my kids were born at
302 am went into labor at 8-9 ish pm
350 am went in at 9pm
426 am went in at 10 pm
1105 am went in at midnight when my water broke ..actually didnt labor with him tho until 8am
