Actually too-frequent sex can diminish sperm count! But if he has good numbers then it isn't something you need to worry about.

I was thinking every other day during my fertile time

DH has low sperm count (because he smokes cigs). Doctor said to have sex every other day to give him a chance to build up sperm again. July was our first month of trying and BAM; I'm 11.4 weeks pregnant now.

I'll tell you exactly when we did it lol (I have an app that keeps track of everything for me). I've been charting on this app since February. We conceived the first month of trying. Ok so, LMP July 12th, sex on the 17th, 21st, 22nd, 23rd, 25th, 29th (O day) and August 1st. August 14th got my BFP!   Good luck honey!

My fertile window started the 24th. So we had sex the 25th, 29th and 1st. But we also had plenty of sperm built up inside me from before. I pretty sure I got pregnant on the 29th (The day I O'd).

Anyways, if I were you I would have sex 16th, 17th, 19th, 21st (O day), 23rd and 25th.
