AGREED!!! I told Hubby that i want a new one after i have the baby. I LOVE these machines! I use to have one but then i started working so much i never had time to use it so we sold it. Id really like to have one again. I have the room for it and im determined to get into the best shape ever!!! I wanna be the mom of 6 at the pool with a bikini and have people look at me like im crazy! Lol!

Elliptical. I also like to use kettles (10lbs each) for squats and lunges. I want to get some weights so I can do some weight training. You would be surprised at what a little weight training can do for a woman's body. If done right, you won't get bulky. Just toned and lifted.

A lot of women worry about that but us females do not have the ability to naturally bulk up like men do. The only reason you see female body builders looking mainly is because of the steriods they take. I don't know much about resistance training, I'm sure my husband does.

Honestly? Free weights. lol. Weight training has done TONS more for me then anything else. I do love a treadmill, but if I had to choose, especially with the cost difference (I don't like cheap treadmills, I'm heavier and I feel like they're going to break if I run on them), I got for weights, haha

THIS!

I've done cardio a million times, and I lose weight, but weight lifting really changes my body.

To "bulk up" women just don't have the testosterone. Even men have to REALLY work at it to get massive muscles. Women who look like that either takes testosterone supplements or put in an amount of time to lifting you wouldn't believe.

Trust me! You won't lift and wake up tomorrow looking like Arnold, lol. If you reach a point you like with muscles, then just stop increasing the weights and stick there.
