worried about going back to work

ok so my partner is now a full time student after being made redundant from the British army my daughter is only 3 months old and im worried about having to go back to work as it involves being away from the home for weeks on end child care is an option but i really Dont want to leave my daughter at such a young age is there any other families in our situation if there is how is it financially for you? thanks p.s i Dont live in Japan im from England must be a computing error
