Nuttella

posted 2nd Oct
I'm trying to figure out breakfast and I want to start eating healthier... I have some nuttella and wheat bread and I was thinking about making toast and putting nuttella on it. Is it good or does it taste gross?

I'm a picky eater   but wanting to try new things that are healthier lol.

Yes.

It is amazing. On crepes, dip pretzels in it... MMMM MMM MMMM.

(And I'm very picky).

Nutella's not really that great for you, the sugar content it pretty high. That being said, DS loves it. Make it healthier by spreading it on really healthy bread, the more complex the bread the better (whole grain/whole wheat/12 grain, etc.)

Nutella is delish (it is basically a staple in France) but not so great for you. I found PB and Co makes a relatively similar spread called "Dark Chocolate Dreams" that has a lot less sugar.

Mmmmm, yes! I flippin' love that spread! It's better than nutella IMO. It tastes like a PB cup.

I hiiiiiighly recommend it, when I got back from France and had to cut out such naughty delights (along with vast quantities of cheese, don't get me started there though), it became my saviour, more or less.
It's really good to mix in with oatmeal, or if you wanted to slice a banana and put it on your toast as well, SO GOOD and really filling!

I'll have to get it next time I go to the store. All I have here is nuttella. but it's good! And I don't even like wheat bread lol.

And I have bananas... now I kinda want to cut one up and put it on top of my toast haha
