Ughhh.

I feel so overwhelmed lately that I feel like I'm floating in this huge body of water with no way to get out & nothing to grab onto so I can rest... I'm not a very strong swimmer either

Honestly, it's mostly lack of sleep that ends up screwing with my head. Since I had my third child a little over a year ago, I just can't seem to get on good sleeping schedule.
