what should i do plz help

my 3 yr old daughter has a fever i've given her panadol for it and her temp is 38.9c
she's not eating but she is drinking, i've only just given her the panadol i don't know if i should take her to the hospital or just wait and see what happened s it just that i've never seen her temp to be up that high b4

If its not coming down I would get her in to the dr better to be safe then sorry

That's not quite a high grade fever. I'd just ride it out, keep taking her temp every 30 mins. Give her pedialyte or gatorade to drink.

Also try a cool bath.. Works for mine! Hope she feels better.
