If he lives in Arkansas, CS will go as far as tagging his Social Security # so if he gets hired or even applies for unemployment, some will be sent to you. They did that for my sis.

If he doesn't work how does he get money or support himself?

OP- call child support and ask to speak with your case worker. Dont talk to anyone else except for your case worker. Call once a week and ask for the status of your case. Child support has to literally be reminded because otherwise they will shove your case under the rug.

I don't even know if I have a case-worker. They just gave me a card with his name and the case number on it and told me to ask any questions at the front desk. I'll call up there later and see if I have one.
