If your baby burned his hand on your SO's watch...

This happened yesterday and all day today my fiance has been real short with me and just looks disgusted when he sees me change his bandage. He admitted today he is still mad at me and I should've done this/ that.

I'm not gonna lie I would be pissed at him if the roles were switched too..but through to the next night? I feel sick thinking about what happened....without him shaming me.

Idk hopefully it will blow over in a few days...my son is crawling around paying no mind to his bandaged hand 0_0

Depends. How did it happen? How severe? If it was because of being lazy or negligent, I would be pissed for awhile.

I'm reading this as - you were watching LO. And LO got burned. now your SO is shaming you and making you feel like crap.

I put my son at the opposite end of the kitchen with toys and rushed over to pull his food out of the oven..while I put it on the counter he stuck his hand between my legs and onto the oven door. I didn't even hear his hands slap on the tile over to me like usual..he was so fast....

This was a one time thing I usually have him in a sling on my back

He cried for like an hour ....it was horrible

I did the same thing!! I was like, what kind of freaking watch was he wearing.....???

I wouldn't be mad at all. Smurf happens. As long as he wasn't left alone and was playing with something dangerous (otherwise, not paying attention or watching the little one), then I wouldn't blame anyone. And I know my SO wouldn't be pissed at me for something like this.

How is that your husbands fault? It isn't anybody's fault, accidents happen. I wouldn't have gotten mad to begin with.
