Hey ladies. I had a quick question about TTC if anyone would be happy to answer it. I've been trying to get answers here on BG and no one ever replies   Me & my DH have been TTC for 6 months now and my appt with my gyno is tomorrow for a preconception consultation. We've been TTC since our daughter passed away at 4 months old due to SIDS. What should I expect at my consult? I know someone has posted on one of my threads before about how she was upset I'm getting fertility help when I should be waiting 1 year like everyone else. TTC has helped me emotionally to have hope again and I'm sorry if this offends anyone in advance.

Sorry   ... I just cant keep having my heart broken month after month, I think its best for me to take a mental and emotional break.

I was always told that after a year your supposd to go to the doc and maybe talking about your options. Unless of coarse youve alwways had trouble conceiving then i can see why you are.

Yea I was never aware of that until I started doing my research. With our daughter we weren't TTC but weren't trying to prevent it either. It took us one year. When I was younger about 15-16 my gyno told me I had cysts on my ovaries (I think can't remember too well) because I was having pain and she did an ultrasound an told me that. She didn't worry too much because I guess I was young and not TTC. I don't know if that has anything to do with her allowing me to get help early. I do appreciate her help though. I can honestly say if I didn't have that hope to hold on to I would be a wreak. And thank you its hard not having my daughter here anymore....
