Baby pimples?

So my daughter is 5 weeks, at around 3 weeks she got infant acne or whatever its called. But is it normal for it to spread from her face to neck, chest, shoulders and back? It looks just like what's on her face that a doctor said was just acne. But that wasn't her own pedi that day, and plus then it was only her face.

Her next well baby isn't until the end of this month and I don't wanna just run there before then if its just normal, but I'm not sure if its supposed to be all over her.

My son had the same problem at 4 weeks. I rubbed breast milk all over the areas twice a day and at 7 weeks and some days it went away. I was just as worried as you are because it too was all over his face, upper back, neck and parts of his upper chest. Don't put any lotion on these areas and wash these areas with just water. I didn't even think about that. I still have been using baby wash and lotion on her except her face. I'll have to stop tonight. Also, did you bathe more or less often and did that help at all?
