help. tmi (nipple question)

Okay so my daughter is going to be 7 months old on the 6th. I breastfed her for about 3 months. When she was a couple weeks old I noticed I had a milk blister (i believe is what it is) on my nipple... well it hasn't gone away and its been 6 months.... What can I do to make it go away??
