sick 19 day old...

I'm freaking out!
SO's friend came over about a half a week ago, sick (grrr) and first DD got sick and then me, and now DS is sick! He's not running a fever, but coughing and sneezing alot.
I've never took care of a sick infant this young before.
He used to eat 4 1/2 ozs and now it's cut back to 2 ozs and he's really fussy and sleeps more.

I'm scared...and I don't have a themometor. I thought I did, but I can't find it.

Any tips or info? He's still too young for tylenol if he has a fever, isn't he?

Because he's so young, I would give a call in to his pedi.

DD has an appointment tomorrow.
They do walk ins also, so i'll get the dr to check him out tomorrow.

Maybe use a humidifier to uncongest him a bit.
If he isn't running a fever, I would think it's okay just to keep an eye on him for now. He is probably sleeping more because his body is fighting off whatever he has.
If it will put your mind at ease, just give a quick call to his pedi.
