So do yall think that I should go to the check up they have scheduled in 4 weeks or just cancel it or not show up or what? Regardless she will be going back in 9 weeks for another well check up.

I would just cancel it. Like you said, the most she would have gained is 1lb or less.

Its not like she's in danger and you'll just have to hear the doctor forcing solids and formula on you again.

Exxxxactly. Except if I cancel that appointment then I have to have her question me about why I canceled it lol OH WELL. It's not like 5 weeks will make a huge difference!

I'd just straight up tell her that you didn't feel it was necessary and aren't concerned with DDs weight.

Use the example of her only gaining 1lb in 2 months, and say that you didn't think 4 weeks would mae a difference and you didn't want to be pressured into anything you weren't comfortable with.

If she isn't ok with that, switch pedis.
I had an awesome pedi until right before my son turned 2. She was so supportive about breastfeeding. The one concerned about his weight was the one I took him to right after his first pedi moved.

Good idea. My daughter's pedi was actually mine when I was a baby. I like her, but idk. Today when she was telling me all of this... I didn't bother to tell her that I didn't agree with what she was saying because I felt like it would be pointless. Doctors or not, all mothers have their own opinions on what is the best way to parent their children. She is a mother that breastfed yet she was suggesting that I give my daughter some formula and she said she did the same for one of her children. But, that is just not something I would do. But, if I have to I will tell her my reasoning for what I am deciding to do!
