force yourself to eat, your blood sugars are low

Maybe get some electrolyte replacements and sip those for a while and then try to eat  

I've tried but it's so hard i like gag thinking about it

This is how i was right after kenz. I ended up having pre e after i had her. Very rare. I had horrid headaches went to my Dr and my bp was 174 over 111.

Yeah it was terrible like i was hysterical my head hurt so bad i couldn't sit it was really weird i couldn't function so went to my Dr and i guess that's what the problem was. But i was the same way like you i couldn't eat but my appetite is back now lol. Don't worry it'll come back you'll feel better soon

Yea i still have had no luck with eating as well  It really sucks considering how much i love food, now i can't even look at food without feeling sick  Feels like the first trimester all over again lol
