Babies don't come early because they are large.

ok.... your doctors have NO clue how big your baby is. Even ultrasounds are normally waaay off.

No baby is too large, and no baby comes early because of size. Also, a small woman can have a large baby without a C-section.

I could see your concern but no matter how big the baby is they still need a certain amount of time in your womb for lung and brain development. i had a friend who gave birth to her 12 pound son drug free so i think your body knows what it's doing. i'm glad you have a healthy baby though!

ultrasound weight can be wayyy off. Im 28 1/2 weeks and have a huge belly but have not gained weight. It feels to me like my little girl might be big---my last was 9lbs----but babies will not be born early due to size. If women can carry sextuplets and get as big as they get theres no way a single birth will deliver early cuz of size.

I was *huge* at 29 weeks. My LO was 5lbs 4oz at birth. Just because you're measuring big doesn't mean baby is that big.

You may just be measuring a head or you may have too much amniotic fluid.

I was bigger my second pregnancy than I was during my first, and my second baby girl popped out smaller than her older sister! Lol. By almost a full pound. You won't really know how big the baby is until it's time for them to be born.

My tiny tiny aunt (like, 110lbs before birth tiny, she wasn't underweight, she was just a shorter skinny person lol) gave birth to a 12lb baby, no c-section needed. They let my cousin cook almost 2-3 weeks overdue before they finally induced her. If my tiny little aunt can push a 12 lb baby out, then I have faith you can have this baby too!
