baby acne or skin sensitvity?

My daughter is almost 6 weeks old, and the past few weeks, she has developed little red spots on her face, chest and on her scalp. Today I noticed they have a rough texture. I use hypoallergenic laundry soap & so I'm not sure if she's having a reaction or if this is typical of baby skin. Could she be reacting to my milk? She spits up a lot, but I just wipe her with plain water. Any insight is appreciated, thx.

Sounds like it could be eczema? My son had it from about 1 month till his first birthday. Have your pedi check it out just in case.
