i've lost around 13 pounds since september. OP I just looked at all the pages and you are doing so well! It motivates me to work out like I've been needing to, to tone my stomach I had a c-section as well.

I can lose weight easily when I do it properly , but I can also gain weight too easily ! I just drive by a McDonald's & gain 2 pounds

Stepped on the scale this morning & seen 139lbs !!!!! I haven't been in the 130's since I was 13 , & the jeans I'm wearing in this pic I haven't been able to fit in since grade 9 ... So almost 6 years ago !

mental how well you're doing. I've been trying my hardest but nothings coming off. i had a c-section 3weeks after you and my body still looks as grose as the day i got out of the hospital! Well done. x

Thanks mommas for all the kind words! And I apologize for replying so late. But for those who asked, I actually just drastically cut down my portion sizes and just ate more often (about every 2hrs). I just recently started doing the Tapout workout again (started for days ago) and am down 4lbs. So I'm ALMOST in the 120's! A place I haven't been since my pre-teens! So I'm really excited about that

135lbs in the right photo   And I'm even less now. I'll be sure to post more progress the more into the Tapout program I get! Again, thank you for all the support!
