It's a terrible dog. No one knows who owns it (if anyone even does) and it's a constant nuisance. I was walking to our neighbour's house with LO in my arms, and he was jumping and biting at me. Yesterday he jumped on our neighbour's 3 year old little girl. I used to think he was cute, but not anymore. Next time, he's getting the bullet.
