How can I get my license?

I feel like I am stuck and I really don't know what choices I have. I moved to FL from NY, I only have a NYS ID card, lost my Certificate of Naturalization and never got a passport. I ordered a copy with a FOIA request but they sent me a horrible photocopy of it that I don't even know if or how to get it sealed. I tried going online to get an infopass appt but they don't have any available.

Now, I don't really know if I can just go to NY get my license or permit there until I receive the original copy of my certificate which will take about 6 months. Would I need to present all original documents even though I have a NYS ID all over again? I'm trying to look online but I have read so much my brain hurts. I have tried calling USCIS but they just told me to make an appt to try and get it sealed but they doubt it would happen.

I really need a license, I am depending on my brother to go everywhere and this can't happen for another 6+ months.

Here in fly u need ur pass port proof of citzenship 2 pices of mail call the dmv as well most the time if its an id u still need the other stuff id link u to the dmv site but im on an ipad
