Just did my measurements

And I lost a total of 6.5 inches!!! This is a one week difference. 9/25-10/1.
Arms- 16 inches to 14 inches.
Waist- 38.5 inches to 38 inches.
Stomach- 43 inches to 42 inches.
Hips- 44 inches to 43 inches.
Butt- 48 to 48(lolz I've always had a donk)
Thighs- 29 inches to 27 inches.

I'm so stoked. This is from eating in portions, using my fitness pal, and walking/jogging and some 30 Day Shred. I've been doing this for 2 weeks now, and I don't know where my beginning measurements are, but I'm pretty sure they are the same as the 9/25 measurements. When SO comes home tonight, I'm going to take some pictures to compare to when I started 2 weeks ago.

I don't have a scale. But last time I went to the doctor I was 230. Trying to get down to my pre pregnancy weight of 170. Or at least back into my size 11 jeans lol.
I'm also 5'9

I measured different for the wrap, because I used it just on my tummy.
Waist: 39 to 39 in. Stomach: 40 to 40 in. And where my pooch is:48 to 47 in.
My pooch is where I'm seeing a little bit of a difference, so I think doing the wrap the day before I started exercising has helped.
I only measured the before and after, but I started working out the very next day.

Also, if anyone is interested, since I know I can do the entire level 1 30 DS
I've started a blog type thing in my about me that I will update weekly with measurements and my weight while doing *only* the 30 DS. Which I probably won't be doing for 30 days, since I'll probably stay on level 1 until I can do it with no problem.
