I do agree, but its not just the younger moms though... but some of these horror stories just shows you should have to take a test or something before having a child.

She is clearly mentally ill. She isn't evil. Not only that, but she's fourteen, a baby herself. This is such a sad story and my heart aches for this poor girl.
