Undiagnosed Post-Csection Issues

posted 1st Oct
I wish I never had to have a c-section. I swear to God it was the worst thing that ever happened to me.

I had a c-section on the 16th and they said everything went smoothly and that my incision looked good, etc. Since my surgery, I have not been able to eat any food without getting intestional pain about 40 minutes later and then having explosive diarrhea. I have no clue why. I have had blood work and all kinds of tests and they say they cannot find out what is wrong yet. It seems to be getting worse. I literally cannot hold food in and I have been dropping weight and feeling unbelievably sick since this all happened.

Has anyone else experienced such a thing? I have no clue what to do at this point...every test they do seems to come back okay yet I still cannot eat and seem to run temps late at night.

Its directly related to the C-section? Thats strange. I wonder if they left something in you thats making you sick?? Ive had two c-sections and if I have another child I will have another, they only side affects I have are lower abdominal paint during my period. Not cramps, but actual pain from the scar area.

I am not sure but I never had it until after my c-section. I had my c-section on the 16th and within a few days, every time I eat, I start getting abdominal gassy pains really bad and then end up in the bathroom with an explosion. It doesn't matter what I eat...toast or a full meal and it happens and has never stopped since then.

It could just be related to being pregnant? Either way im sorry, that does not sound good! I hope they figure it out and you get some relief!!

I want to add that for me, i started having those issues during pregnancy (pooping every time I ate and having diarrhea) and the abdominal cramping when i pooped or peed. I'm not sure if it was just pregnancy or if it was one of the surgeries. I had the c-section and a cerclage (stitch in cervix) during my pregnancy. It did eventually calm down although it's still uncomfortable to poop or pee when i'm having my period.

Hopefully they'll figure out a way to help you though because your situation is more severe than mine was.
