I have been to counseling before and was diagnosed late onset Aspergers because I truly do not show emotion and most of the time do not have true emotions.

It might be time to call my therapist back up.

They are either looking for drama or enjoying high horses. The post says "I cheated" and the OP makes it clear that she meant on her husband and not on some exam... don't like it, leave.

Dramatic. My feelings aren't hurt. But to see someone can do this and feel guilty about nothing, makes me sick. Just the realization of how much some people really suck.
And, I don't care if she cares at all. Or if you do for that matter.

I can appreciate that.
We all think "what if" in all regards of our life. I mean, I didn't marry until I was 26 and my first child was born when I was almost 28. Now will be short of 32 when having #2. What I am trying to say is there is no right or routine way to do anything in life. Your life is what you make of it. You can still do things for yourself and by yourself providing you have adequate childcare for your LO. It's all about balance. You can have a healthy balance and enjoy all aspects of your life. You can be a Mother by day and a carefree woman by night. It's possible...

I would.... maybe he/she can help you figure out what to do with X. Or how to deal with being single for awhile.

I would definitely call. You as a person deserve better for yourself. Do you beeline you have self esteem issues with the aspergers? Honest question, not being a smart Ass.

Do you think maybe you did it so you COULD show some emotion? If that makes sense.

If your life with your husband is so blah, maybe you ventured out as a way of self medicating almost?

Self esteem isn't really an issue. I know I'm pretty and book smart. Common sense smart? No. I can read emotions only through facial expressions and not through inflection in voice or body language. I don't understand sarcasm or when people express themselves.

People with aspergers have issue period with a lot of emotions...even with help.

Therapy helps a lot though. Ignoring it won't do anything.
My mom works with a lot of autistic/aspergers children. I get it's different with an adult, but it will still help.

Hell, something as small as cutting gluten out of your diet can help with aspergers.
Idk, I just think it's worth a shot.
