yeah, kinda what I thought too when I started hearing about it. But it's been happening a lot lately where I'm from. My only guess is trying to get people who smoke weed (which in the grand scheme of things is relatively harmless) hooked on something that is not so harmless. The targets for this are typically teen buyers. It sucks, but it's been happening a lot lately!
Just wanted to say the "theory" of stronger drugs are more expensive false- you can buy bath salts for dirt cheap and from what I've heard that smurf messes you up .. why people would go out of their way to mix smurf in wth m.j beats me - but there are of messed up people out there!
